This position offers a unique dual experience: hands-on exposure to boutique legal administration alongside core tech startup workflows, including product QA testing, growth marketing, and operational expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution (Notaryberry.com)
        • Draft and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, content platforms, and targeted email outreach.
        • Conduct market research to identify key customer segments and build actionable lead/user acquisition lists
        • Monitor and report on monthly marketing analytics, campaign performance, and user engagement.

  • Platform QA, Testing & Operations (Notaryberry.com)
        • Systematically test web platform features, workflows, and user interfaces for quality assurance.
        • Identify and document software bugs, map user friction points, and coordinate fixes directly with the technical team.
        • Gather end-user feedback to recommend UI/UX platform enhancements.
        • Execute notary seals on official documentation upon request (if commissioned).

Qualifications

  • Key Skills:
        • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
        • Fundamentals of digital marketing, content creation, and major social media platforms.
        • Keen attention to detail with an aptitude for troubleshooting web software and user flows.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time efficiently within a flexible 15-hour workweek.

  • Preferred: Active Virginia Notary Public Commission (or willingness to become commissioned; not required).

Location: Alexandria, VA (In-Office / Hybrid)

Compensation: $15.00 / hour

Schedule: Up to 15 hours / week (3 days per week)
